Who is a TIS Minister?

A TIS Minister is not defined by title, platform or eloquence, but by character forged in the Word and proven in private devotion before it is ever displayed in public. These are the 40 marks every minister at TIS Movement is being conformed to — not as a checklist to perform, but as a portrait of the heart Christ is forming in every son and daughter He raises.
